I do believe there is no greater power than the power of love. My name is Tale Dekpo-Mahlagidi, MS, LIMPH, and I am a licensed Independent mental health practitioner in the State of Nebraska. I have earned my master's degree in human science counseling at Bellevue University, Nebraska. I offer mental health therapy through my private practice, Comforting Healing Counseling.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy, and I am also eclectic-based. I am passionate about seeing healing occurring in the mind, soul, body, and spirit. I integrate Christian counseling.
I am a polyglot in French, Ewe, Mina and English. I have 18 years of experience working with a very diverse population. I specialized in treating individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues- such as depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, marital, premarital, and parenting (See exhaustive list in specialties).
I provide home base, school based, office based as well as telehealth sessions.
The diverse background training summarized as legal and humanitarian has always propelled me to help others. In 2009, African Love International (ALI) assists and promotes social education was brought into existence. We were able to support education systems in parts of Africa (Togo, Benin, and Cameroon). Over our years of operation, a few Immigrant students were also recipients of our scholarship program here in Omaha, Nebraska.
